EQP-JOB-104_Image_03.16.15Boston, MA: Continuing success in Europe has encouraged leading global asset management specialist, EquipNet Inc. (Boston, Massachusetts, USA), to expand both its sales and marketing operations and its -logistics hub for all UK and European business. The company has relocated its European team into new, larger office premises based in Twyford, Berkshire, as well as extending its warehouse facilities in Bridgend, South Wales. These investments will allow EquipNet to further improve logistics capabilities, providing customers with a completely integrated service.

EquipNet helps companies to take control of their assets using a range of tools and activities including redeployment, negotiated sales with managed pricing through an on-line marketplace, competitive auction events and clearance programs. This new facility in Bridgend brings many benefits to EquipNet customers, from companies that use the full EquipNet asset management program to one-off sellers and buyers. With the addition of a fully serviced office, the warehouse area will be manned full-time offering improved logistical services.

Steve Maggs, European Operations Manager at EquipNet, said: “These changes are great for both, our clients and our European team. We have grown our business in Europe significantly in recent years, and are continuing to do so as companies continue to discover the hidden value in idle assets found throughout their enterprise. With this bigger warehouse facility we have the capability to streamline the logistical and warehouse output. Looking forward, we’ll now also be able to consider the development of services, maximizing use of this fantastic space.”

The move into these new facilities comes just after EquipNet celebrated its 15th anniversary. In that time, EquipNet has grown to an organization of more than 130 people in locations throughout Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia.
